At Piers 92/94, we are committed to serving our friends and neighbors. Our goal is to nurture an environment that benefits the area as a whole, taking special care to reduce traffic, congestion and redevelopment concerns.  As managers of the world’s largest U.S. Green Building Council LEED-EB certified building, we plan to develop sustainable operations and ensure environmentally sound practices to benefit the future of the facility and the longevity of the neighborhood. We wholeheartedly open our doors to community groups and are dedicated to establishing a lasting partnership with our neighbors.
